User Experience Commitment

We are committed to delivering the utmost user experience for our users. However, certain scenarios require clarification:

Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. The Crickethub may, at its sole discretion, permit a Player to cancel a transaction and receive a refund under the following circumstances:

The player can initiate a cancellation by sending a written request to The Crickethub from the registered email address; or

If the cancellation request is received at least 2 days prior to the commencement of the round, the payment may be refunded.

Refunds, granted at the discretion of The Crickethub, will be processed after deducting any applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Players may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions at the time of the transaction, with such terms prevailing in case of conflicts.

Refunds are processed using the same mode/financial instrument as deposits and may take up to 5-7 working days for processing by the internal review team.

All winnings are subject to tax deductions ("TDS") under the Income Tax Act 1961, with details documented in TDS certificates provided to winners. Other applicable taxes, such as income taxes and gift taxes, must be paid by the Winners.

The Crickethub reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
